After cleansing your face, following the nourishing serum or as a standalone mask step, use the product. Open the jar lid, then add approximately 6–7 scoops of water to the powder using the included measuring spoon, and quickly mix with a spatula into a thick, lump-free but easily spreadable paste. Adjust the amount of water to achieve the desired consistency.
Apply the freshly prepared mask immediately, evenly and relatively thickly to your face (cheeks, chin, forehead, nose), avoiding the eyes, eyelids, lips and hairline. Leave to set for about 15–20 minutes, then gently peel off starting from the edges. Remove any residue with lukewarm water if necessary, then moisturise.
Do not store the leftover mixture once water has been added. The entire jar contains 25 g of mask powder; dose the amount according to the desired coverage at the time of use. Always use the mixed product fresh.
What to watch out for?
- The product may contain microscopic mineral spicules (CICA REEDLE™ concept), so mild tingling may occur. In case of strong stinging, burning sensation or irritation, remove and discontinue use.
- Avoid the eye area, as well as damaged, severely irritated or freshly cosmetically treated skin.
- In case of reactive skin, do not schedule strong exfoliants or retinoids for the same routine; adapt to your skin’s tolerance.
- Apply the freshly mixed mask before it sets, and do not store the leftover mixture.
Precautions for use:
- An allergy test (patch test) is recommended before first use (e.g. on the inner forearm).
- If you experience any abnormal symptoms or side effects such as redness, swelling or itching at the application site due to direct sunlight exposure or spontaneously during or after using the cosmetics, discontinue use and consult a specialist.
- Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
