Usage
After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with an appropriate amount of toner, then gently wipe the skin, finally pat the remaining toner into the skin. (Depending on your skin’s needs and tolerance, you may leave the toner-soaked cotton pad on the skin for 3-5 minutes before wiping your face.)
