After washing your hair with shampoo, apply an appropriate amount of conditioner to your hair and distribute it evenly throughout your hair, including the scalp and hair follicles, and massage thoroughly. Leave to act for 2-3 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. If it gets into your eyes, rinse with water.
