1. After cleansing your face, prepare your skin with a toner, then remove the transparent film from the mask.
2. Place the strap along the jawline, following the line marked on the strap.
3. Slowly pull the mask upwards with both hands and hook the two sides over your ears.
4. After 20-30 minutes, remove the mask and gently pat your face to aid better absorption.
